Product Description
Screen-printed glass is produced by applying the glass screen printing technology onto the surface of the glass to create various patterns, designs, and text, achieving the purpose of decoration and beautification. The manufacturing process involves first creating the patterns on the screen plate, and then using the screen printing plate, along with glass glaze or ceramic glaze as the ink, to print on the glass products. After the printing, the glass is subjected to high-temperature heating treatment or drying treatment, causing the glaze film or ink to firmly adhere to the glass surface, forming a lasting and non-fading pattern that is not prone to falling off.

Manufacturing Process
The core of the silk-screen glass manufacturing process is to precisely print ink onto the surface of the glass using a screen, and after drying and curing, a pattern or coating is formed. The main steps are as follows:
1. Glass pre-treatment: Remove oil stains, dust and impurities from the surface of the glass. Usually, it is done by rinsing with clean water, then wiping with a special cleaner, and finally drying to ensure the glass surface is clean and conducive to the adhesion of ink.
2. Screen Printing Plate Making: Based on the required pattern, create the corresponding screen printing plate. First, apply photosensitive glue on the screen. Then, cover the screen with the film with the drawn pattern and expose it to ultraviolet light. The photosensitive glue in the patterned area will be solidified, while the unexposed area will be removed through washing, forming a mesh consistent with the pattern, thus completing the plate making.
3. Positioning and Fixation: Place the pre-treated glass and the fabricated screen printing plate in their respective positions on the screen printing machine, adjust the relative positions of the two, and ensure that the pattern can be accurately printed onto the designated area of the glass.
4. Ink Mixing and Printing: Based on the purpose of the glass and color requirements, select the appropriate glass-specific ink.Pour the ink into one end of the screen printing plate, and use a scraper to move it at a certain angle and with a certain force at a constant speed. The ink passes through the mesh holes on the printing plate and transfers to the glass surface, forming the desired pattern.
5. Drying and curing: The printed glass needs to undergo drying or curing processes to ensure a more secure adhesion of the ink.
