Core Printing: Achieving Precise Pattern Transfer
1.This step involves transferring the patterns on the template to the glass surface. The key points are "accurate positioning" and "even ink distribution". It mainly includes two methods: manual printing and machine printing:
2.Positioning fixation: Place the pre-treated glass on the printing platform and fix it using positioning pins or vacuum suction cups (to prevent the glass from shifting during printing). At the same time, adjust the height of the screen template (with a distance of 1-3mm from the glass surface, known as "mesh distance", too small a distance may cause the ink to stick to the glass, and too large a distance may result in pattern deformation).
