Manufacturing Process

1.Base material selection and pre-treatment: Ensure that the reflective base is "clean and flat". The reflective effect of the mirror directly depends on the flatness and cleanliness of the base material.

2. Activation treatment: Make the glass surface "adsorb the coating material". The glass surface is smooth and inert, and it is difficult to directly combine with the metal coating. It needs to be "activated" to form a "adsorption layer" on the surface.

3. Coating: The core step, giving the glass "reflective ability". This is the key to making a mirror. Through chemical deposition or physical deposition, a uniform metal reflective film is formed on the glass surface. 

4. Solid film treatment: The newly plated metal film is very thin and fragile, and is prone to oxidation or flaking due to friction. It needs to be "solidified".

5. Painting protection: Isolate the outside to "prevent the coating from oxidizing".
