Product Description

8mm Ultra Clear Tempered Glass for Building/Greenhouse

Ultra clear tempered  glass is a type of glass with evenly distributed compressive stresses on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling it down rapidly by air. During the instant cooling process, the glass exterior is solidified due to rapid cooling while the interior of glass is cooled down relatively slowly. This process will improve the glass exterior compressive stress and interior tensile stress resistance which can improve the overall mechanical strength of glass by gemination and result in good thermal stability.

Features:
1. Excellent clarity ensures true colors to be seen and optimum vision quality is achieved when looking through the glass.
2. Offers high level of light transmittance.
3. Creates maximum light inside rooms due to its high level of transparency.
4. Particularly beneficial for thicker laminated products, affording high level of transparency.
5. The edges of the glass remain transparent crystal, ideal for furniture use.

Application:
Used in all kinds of constructions, decorations, counters and display windows
Can be cut, drilled, side-rubbed, tempered, laminated, heat bended and so on.
Can be coated, acid etched, printed and figured on surface.
