Manufacturing Process

Production of the original piece
1. Ingredients: Mix quartz sand, soda ash, limestone and other raw materials in precise proportions.
2. Melting: Feed the mixed ingredients into the kiln, where they are melted into a glass liquid at a temperature of around 1500℃.
3. Forming: The glass liquid is pressed by a rolling machine to form sheet-like pieces with specific patterns.
These patterns can increase light absorption and reduce reflection.
4. Tempering: The formed glass enters the tempering kiln and slowly cools down to eliminate internal stress and prevent cracking. 
Advanced processing
1. Cutting and edge polishing: According to requirements, the annealed large glass sheets are cut into appropriate sizes and the edges are polished. 
2. Cleaning and Drying: Thoroughly clean the impurities and oil stains on the glass surface to ensure the quality of the subsequent coating process. 
3. Coating: A transparent conductive film (TCO) is coated onto the surface of the glass.
This film allows light to enter and can also collect photogenerated carriers, thereby generating an electric current. 
4. Tempering: The final step is to perform the tempering process. The glass is heated to a temperature close to its softening point and then rapidly cooled.
This can significantly enhance the strength and safety of the glass.
