Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of tempered glass mainly consists of two steps. The first step involves cutting, polishing, and punching the raw glass. The second step is to heat the glass to 600-700°C and then rapidly cool it down. This rapid cooling process is called "quenching", which can cause compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress inside, thereby enhancing the strength and toughness of the glass.
